NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Tuesday 22nd January 2013 at 7 p.m.
This is to let you know that our AGM will be held on the above date in Leamington Old Town. We will let you know the venue shortly when we have received confirmation of booking.
As well as the routine but essential business of receiving the Annual Report and Financial/Audit Statement, and electing the Trustees and the Board for the coming year, we will be discussing a draft business plan and, most important of all, the future of BPCV. Your contribution to this debate is essential, and we do look forward to as many people as possible coming to the event.
We will send you a formal Agenda, and reports to be discussed at the meeting at the beginning of next month.
